Movement Mentorship
The signature mentorship is a 6–8 week journey designed to transform the way you relate to movement. Together, we go beyond just “sticking to a workout plan” — we explore how movement, self-talk, feelings, thoughts, and stress are all connected, and how shifting your relationship with them can bring more ease, joy, and sustainability to your practice.
Each week includes:
Personalized movement coaching — reviewing your past week, exploring what feels good (and what doesn’t), and shaping a movement plan that truly works for you.
Learning + reflection — guided content that helps you understand the deeper connection between body, mind, and emotions, so movement becomes a tool for self-care, not pressure.
Practice + homework — simple, intentional exercises that build awareness around your self-talk, feelings, and thoughts, helping you carry the benefits of movement into everyday life.
This mentorship blends the support of a personal trainer, the accountability of a coach, and the insight of personal development work. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or looking to reconnect with it in a healthier way, Movement Mentorship helps you create a relationship with movement that feels intuitive, empowering, and sustainable.

Coaching Session
A Coaching Session is a one-on-one call designed to meet you right where you are. Whether you’ve completed the Movement Mentorship or are simply looking for focused support, these sessions give you space to reconnect, reset, and move forward with clarity.
Each session can be tailored to your needs, including:
Continuing the journey — exploring deeper learning content and personal development exercises to build on what you discovered in mentorship.
Movement support — refining your exercise plan, staying accountable, and keeping movement consistent without added pressure.
Life check-ins — navigating changes, challenges, or new goals, and adjusting your movement practice to support you through them.
Whether you want accountability, a fresh perspective, or tools to go deeper, Coaching Sessions provide flexible, personalized guidance to keep you supported on your path.

Discovery Call
A free 30-minute call to get to know each other and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. You’ll share a bit about your movement history, goals, and challenges, and have the chance to learn more about the Be Empowered approach.
