The Whole Wellness Series is a guided small-group experience designed to help you understand yourself, care for yourself, and respond to life with greater clarity. Through reflection, conversation, practical tools, and supportive community, you'll learn ways of showing up that better support your everyday life.

A practical and supportive way to better understand yourself and how you respond to life.

Through reflection, guided coaching, and practical tools, you'll build a more supportive relationship with yourself.

This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about understanding yourself more clearly, relating to yourself with greater care, and creating ways of showing up that better support your real life.

What to expect

  • Seven group sessions

  • Two-hour sessions

  • Small groups that move through the experience together

  • Practical tools, methods, and simple worksheets

  • Guided coaching to help you apply and integrate what you're learning

  • Space for reflection, questions, discussion, and connection

  • Learning happens through working with your own experience, and also through hearing and relating to the experiences others

You’re always at choice in how much you share. Some people speak more, others listen and reflect — both are valuable.

Whole Wellness Continuation

An ongoing seasonal group experience for graduates of Whole Wellness Foundations.

Each season builds upon the foundation while exploring new themes, deepening practices, and creating supportive ways of showing up in daily life.

6-session series: $325 (Group), $525 (1:1)

Whole Wellness Day

An optional experience for participants who want additional time for reflection, practice, and connection.

Whole Wellness Days may be offered as half-day or full-day experiences depending on group interest.

Single Sessions

For those who prefer one-on-one support or would like focused support around a particular challenge.
