Tuning In. Moving with Care.

The Seasonal Practice Series is a small-group learning and reflection space for people who want to relate to themselves and their lives with more balance, clarity, and care.

Across six weekly sessions, you’ll explore how patterns of stress, energy, self-talk, emotions, and movement shape your experience — and learn practical ways to respond more thoughtfully and gently to what’s happening in your life.

Groups meet virtually and occasionally in person and are intentionally kept small (4–8 participants) to support connection, reflection, and shared learning.

What is the commitment?

This series is designed to be experienced as a whole.

The intention is to offer learning, support, and shared practice in a space that feels grounded and respectful. Participants are asked to attend sessions with presence and attention, allowing time and space to engage fully.

There is no expectation to perform or have things figured out — just a willingness to participate honestly and explore alongside others.

What is the schedule?

The series includes six weekly sessions, allowing time to build connection, shared understanding, and core practices in a steady rhythm.

Sessions are approximately 60–75 minutes.

The day and time remain consistent throughout the series (for example, Thursdays at 8:30am). Specific meeting times are set in advance based on availability and alignment within the group.

After the series, personalized continuation options will be available for those who wish to keep building on their work.

1-on-1 Coaching

One-on-one coaching offers a private, supportive space to slow down, listen more closely, and work with what’s present in your life.

These sessions are collaborative and responsive — shaped by your needs, your pace, and what you’re navigating right now.

Together, we may explore patterns of stress, self-talk, energy, movement, boundaries, or care, while gently practicing new ways of relating to yourself with more clarity and ease.

Some people come with something specific they want support around. Others come simply wanting space to feel steadier, more connected, or more themselves.

Both are welcome.

Packages are typically used over 8–12 weeks. Not sure which option is right for you? Together, we’ll determine the best one for you.

Tune-Up Package

4 sessions | 40 minutes each

Designed for check-ins, realignment, and ongoing support.

Tune-Ups offer a space to reconnect with yourself, recalibrate when life feels off-balance, and stay engaged with the practices that support your wellbeing.

Integration Package

4 sessions | 65 minutes each

Designed for deeper exploration, learning, and integration.

These sessions allow more space to learn methods, explore patterns, apply practices, and engage in meaningful reflection and personal growth over time.
