A guided, small-group experience to understand yourself, care for yourself, and respond to life with more clarity

This work is offered as a seasonal series — small groups that move through the process together, with the option to continue if it feels like a good fit.

You’ll start with Part 1, a 6-week workshop focused on understanding your stress, self-talk, and patterns — and learning how to support yourself more effectively in your daily life.

If you’d like to continue, Part 2 builds on that foundation — helping you understand your needs, make aligned decisions, and show up in ways that better support your life.

Start here: Part 1 — Caring for Your Whole Self

A 6-week workshop series to better understand yourself — your stress, self-talk, and how you respond.

This workshop is a simple, practical way to better understand how stress shows up in your life — and how you respond to it.

We’ll look at how stress shows up in your thoughts, self-talk, emotions, energy, and habits, and explore ways to respond that feel more steady, clear, and supportive.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding how you operate and building ways to care for yourself that actually work in your real life.

What to expect

  • 6 weekly sessions

  • Small group (you move through the series together)

  • Practical tools, methods, and simple worksheets to support your learning

  • Guided coaching to help you apply and integrate what you’re learning into your daily life

  • Space to reflect, ask questions, and work through what’s coming up for you

You’re always at choice in how much you share. Some people speak more, others listen and reflect — both are valuable.

Learning happens through working with your own experience, and also through hearing and relating to others.

  • Sessions: 90 minutes (group) / 45 minutes (1-on-1)

  • Format: Virtual (with local in-person opportunities)

  • Schedule: Consistent day/time, set in advance

  • Investment: $250 (group), $395 (private)

This next phase focuses on understanding your needs, making aligned decisions, and building a way of showing up that supports your life more fully.

You’ll be invited to continue at the end of Part 1. No pressure — just an option if it feels right for you.
