A 3-month guided experience to understand yourself, care for yourself, and bring your life into better balance
The Seasonal Practice is a small-group experience where you learn how you operate — in your thoughts, self-talk, emotions, stress, and daily decisions — and how to work with yourself in more supportive and effective ways.
Over three months, you’ll build awareness, learn practical tools, and begin to shift the patterns that impact how you feel, respond, and show up in your life.
This work is especially helpful if you’re feeling stretched — at home, in relationships, or at work — and want a clearer, more grounded way to navigate it.
We work with what’s actually happening in your life, using it as the entry point for building awareness and change.
What we focus on
Understanding your patterns — in thoughts, emotions, and self-talk
Learning tools to bring more balance to your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing
Identifying what gets in the way (stress patterns, habits, limiting beliefs)
Responding to yourself and your life with more clarity and intention
What to expect
Weekly 75–90 minute sessions
Small group (4–8 participants)
Guided reflection, conversation, and real-life application
Simple practices to support awareness and integration between sessions
